Summary

• Objective:
  • To increase carrying capacity for raw water transmission to the Brandon Hall Water Treatment Plant
  • To reduce the occurrence of line breakage when downstream valves are closed
  • To carry treated water from the Spring Garden Plant to customers
• Scope:
  • Installation of 4" raw water line (poly ethylene) from dam to Brandon Hall Plant
  • Installation of 4" treated water main (ductile iron) from Spring Garden Plant to consumers
• Project Duration: Project commenced in December 2012 and was completed in August 2013
